At PS Seasoning, we stand behind the quality of our flavor profiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a resolution.
Review Product Guidelines
Ensure your item is eligible for return; please note that for food safety reasons, opened spice blends, sauces, and perishables cannot be returned unless defective.
Contact Flavor Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 5-7 business days.
